Nordisk Film Series is a writer-dedicated department within Nordisk Film Production passionate about developing and producing high quality drama.

We predominately look for projects that originate from writing talent. We strive to attract the strongest Nordic voices by offering a safe and playful workspace and facilitating a structured framework for the creative development of original ideas in our house of series.

We collaborate with national broadcasters as well as international streaming services, and throughout all stages of creation we emphasize a close and joyful dialogue.

Bridging experiences and views across generations, Nordisk Film Series was initiated in 2020 by producers Trin Hjortkjær Thomsen and Camilla Hammerich. Today we are a devoted team of seven including Laura Frederikke Kragholm (Associate Producer), Irene Albertsen (Line Producer), Ida Helene Rovsing (Junior Producer), Tine Mosegaard (Researcher) and Astrid Louise Lund (Producer Assistant).
